Pedodentist M.-Salim Doueiri, born in 1976, initially studied biotechnology from 1998 to 2002 at the Technical University of Berlin and worked from 2002 to 2007 as a “research specialist” at the University of Illinois, Chicago, USA. Studied dentistry from 2009 to 2014 at the Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin and then assistant dentist in a dental practice. Since September 2016 he has been a research assistant at the Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin, CharitéCentrum 03 Department for Orthodontics, Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. In addition to classic pediatric dentistry, his work and research focus is the treatment of children with molar incisive hypomineralization.

Should we treat the enamel and dentine with sodium hypochlorite when we have tooth with mih ,especially when u are restoring with composite
Why is SDF not approved for use in any of these cases in Germany?

and do you place a sealant over that restoration?
In a MIH severe case with hypersensitivity and pulp inflamation would you consider Apexgenesis or Apexfixation , after that endo-resto and crown instead of extraction to prolong the life of the tooth ?
